Why This Role Matters

As a Solutions Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless workflow between clients, product owners, and the development team, guaranteeing that projects are delivered on time and within scope. In this role, you will be responsible for the structured coordination and follow-up of initiatives within the Solutions area, helping to align stakeholders and meet established deadlines.

Your responsibilities include:

Coordinating initiatives within the Solutions area in close collaboration with Product owners and clients.
Ensuring timely and structured follow-up on projects to meet delivery deadlines.
Monitoring task progress and managing risks to keep projects on track.
Establishing and maintaining clear and consistent communication among stakeholders.
Prioritizing activities and optimizing resources to meet deadlines effectively.
Documenting project progress and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.

Ratings:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or advanced certifications in Agile methodologies are preferred (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Coach).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience with at least 3 years in an agile leadership role such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar position.
Understanding of the business and ability to interact effectively with product owners and collaborate in managing the backlog and priorities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate and lead teams to achieve excellence in software.
Preferred consultant experience
Relevant experience in both startups and corporations is a plus.
Effective communication skills at the team level and management level, in Spanish and English
Proactive, and self-motivated, organized with a high degree of responsibility and accountability. Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work to tight work deadlines, and detail-oriented.
